I wanted to make a little note about eating today. As you know I am struggling, and am really confused as to where to start.
I wanted to make an attempt to create some food ideas on the left hand side. I will take pictures of some of my lunches, snacks and dinners, and give you something that might help you out.
I know this is a small blurb, and bare with me that this will take a long time, but hopefully this will be beneficial for me and you with our eating.
