Where does my weight lost go?

Ok, So today I came across an AMAZING talk. Check it out.  Have you ever thought to yourself.  I lose weight, but where does it go?  I have pondered this greatly lately and obviously did not think too hard haha, 'cause it is really easy, but here is the answer.
